This Privacy Policy explains what information Vizii Analytics Inc. and its related entities ("Vizii", "we", "us") collect about you, why we collect it, and how we handle the information you upload into our products and services. We only collect what we need
Vizii collects information about you in a few ways. As a customer, you submit information to us such as your name, email address, physical address, and mobile number. We only ask for information that we need to make our service the best it can be. You'll know we have this information because either you will give it to us directly or you'll expressly authorise someone else to give it to us (such as your accounting software provider).
We also passively gather basic web-browsing data which is used to provide us with reporting about where our visitors are coming from, what platforms they're using, and how we can better serve up Vizii. We don’t share

Data Location
Vizii uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host it’s applications and databases. Our data store and data infrastructure is located in the United States of America (USA). Personal information from users in other jurisdictions will be transferred to, and stored and processed in, that location. We have taken steps to satisfy ourselves that our provider will manage and secure our data in a way that is consistent with applicable regulatory requirements and international best practice.
Marketing communications
When it comes to marketing communications, you can ask us not to send you these at any time – just follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication, or send your request to privacy@vizii.com.
Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you may continue to receive messages with important information regarding your use of Vizii’s Services. For example this may include notification of changes to our terms of Service, password reset emails, scheduled report notifications etc.
Online Advertising
We partner with third parties to either display advertising on the Websites or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may also use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, tags, flash, HTML5, scripts, or other tracking technologies to gather information about your activities on our Websites and other sites in order to suggest advertisements based upon your browsing activities and interests.
